With what is an extensive U-turn from industrial Tanzania (Tanzania ya viwanda) from the bulldozer, John Joseph Pombe Magufuli's tenure - this current administration seems bent on privatization & export oriented projects, worse, amending laws and restructuring ministry's that are vital to exploit of local enterprise towards direct commissioning by the executives office.
