Those 50 and abouve seem to be linient towards the green.

Interpretation? Personal take -

• Development goals during their time was still on shaky ground for the most part - though much more aligned in fighting for them, they also had a lot more obstacles infrastructurely.

Kweli uzee dawa.

• In years to come, figures may still look similar, but that faction (50+) will be further linient to the green.

All dependant though on how well we retain uniformity in coordinating affairs - as we have a platform to extrapolate direction.
