How do you assure your negotiation tactics offer full-proof items to opposing party in an evermore corporate setting full of innovative businessmen that look at breaking the rules / norms / status quo - so as to provide business solution? 


Such is to say the game changers in any field always look for ways to further yield innovation as opposed to regular rigid systems that further bottleneck and in some instances cripple economies via control of systems / solutions already in play. 


Said innovative business men looking to dynamize solubles already in play may come in the form of investor angles or otherwise, but not all come with the intention that suite you character or offering in a business world full of Angels, Sharks and Wolves. 
One must assume a vantage point that see their offering full proof while negotiating with investor angles and stakeholders of a kind from point (A) of negotiation to the seal and attainment of a deal.

With additional insight of retrospect, I recently got a job offer in the 100nds of thousands of $ per annum.
