After finding your feet in respective environment of deployment and attainment of various vantage points that aide in extrapolation of directing one to desired position be it within an organization, employment market, or field of exercise, a young individual is bound to encounter various setbacks early on in their career regardless potential – But if taken in stride, not only will avoidance of pitfalls be evident, but so too taking ones chance at first punt and establishing oneself as a young leader (By way of conduct and skill if not title).
During transitions of innovative qualities that tend to suite more tech savvy individuals in today's world, various push-backs whilst forming work-groups in accord to alignment of company / industry direction as a result of technological changes / innovations and systems that favor a slightly younger aged demographic is bound to be invoked.
Storming whilst performing during new group development phases might not be new to individuals used to working well under pressure, but even the coolest of heads; without the experience and seasoned people skills (which more so than not come about with experience) - may find themselves in frustrating scenarios that invoke fight / flight mechanisms.

Such will not only see one with skills required to best perform direct functions at the forefront of innovation, but so too an eerie of emotional intelligence and finesse to steady ship by demeanor exude, which will best direct with exemplary behavior other individuals in respective predicament whilst everyone is looking to find their place in the group / potential / future group(s) as change is inevitable! One will also be in a good position to forecast and check any storming mechanisms employed (to be employed) by slightly older / more experienced individuals looking to retain control / power at the detriment of performance.
