A while ago - I posted pieces of writings on economic activity within Zimbabwes locality. Fair enough I got critics - some being concerned Zimbabweans themselves that have left borders due to sanction based shortcomings.
Such critique in regards to how pan African narrative(s) cloud outlook on respective puzzle of a dilemma - to say - label it the least.
Regardless - I cease to retract my take(s) on the basis of being a heavy believer of productivity and gravity economics in addition to attainment of intellectual property in key sectors to drive forth market need utility in support of medium of exchange management.
In conclusive notion - it's high time we (countries in surrounding region) start producing enough to trade with them - as no matter the economic policy - trade barriers, foreign policy and international business proceeds will see Zimbabweans swindled out their Gold reserves in efforts to stay afloat (in reference to recent minting in aid to stabilize hyper inflation and financial government proceeds - budget).
Zimbabwe can't but play the waiting game with it's neighbours in this capacity (neighbours such as those within Southern African Development Communities and the East African Community) in the capacity of access by respective regions in sought towards / potential to attain a productive utopian status to excersise gravity economics with trade locked neighbor). As former Rhodesian imperialists and co. seem to have the African nation at 'checkmate'.
Monetary and fiscal policies are reliant on trade and investment moreso than anyother financial derivative indices.
As soon as trade of essentials is established in sought to facilitate basic Zimbabwean needs and economic manpower in shape of competent personnel, means to mobilize finances in aid to resuscitate their economic infrastructure (strategic development projects and so) is what's next on calling card.
We (surrounding communities) need to get it right, if they are to do so as well.
