Does the UAE per say manufacture Wind Turbines, Solar panels, etc.?

• If so, shouldn't we have probed space in alignment to tender protocol(s)?

• And if not, what stops heavy Tanzanian investment towards sourcing capital goods from China/Markets that specialize in production space - the same way the UAE presumably have managed so? Considering that is - State priority/requisite, is the energies sector - & Magufuli wasn't on to anything in regards to incompetence within the organization (TANESCO).

》With that, be sure megawatt capacity bulk will look to exploit mines, as is the case in South-Africa. J.Makamba (in the past) was very excited about supplying local mines with power as opposed to incoherent supply & fueled generators currently evident.
Prof. Kabudi (too in the past) also touched respective space in the shape of financial modeling employed in field of operation.

》Again, is the Mines sector, under DPw IGA still under nationalization objectives? If so, some may argue a vamp in megawatt capacity is necessity - considering our seriousness in potential goldrush, and securities market.

If not, why not pursue the real economy, in other infrastructural advancement projects that would elevate local business as opposed to facilitating an export market through accelerated mining activities that will suffice from TANESCO's services?
