Cardiovascular exercises are essential especially since we look to move forward with the Covid pandemic and get to grips with a new paradigm.
Incorporated within my personal workout regimens (separate trialed and tested weekly routines available), I implement kickboxing drills to supplement cardiovascular sets as to provide unit-like movements of aesthetic physique with sound bearings in addition to, and most times, in replacement of regular jump rope and or a jog.
Such is with the aim of maximizing workouts by intentionally isolating twitch-fibre muscles, cementing compound movements, addressing balance and unit-like movements and breath control, improving blood flow all too using muscles you probably haven't before and ultimately emptying the tank where it comes to output.
